What do I do if my absorber dries out?
Great question! If your absorber dries out simply run warm water over the absorber while squeezing gently. The absorber will become soft and supple.

What do I do if my absorber develops an ordor?
Odors in an absorber can be caused by many things. Sometimes it gets stored without being FULLY wrung out and the odor eminates from the stale water held within the absorber's pores. To eliminate most odors you can wash the product in the washing machine with liquid detergent. Adding a little ammonia to the washi cycle helps eliminate any persistant odors.

What do I do if my absorber gets grease on it?
Getting the grease out of an absorber is not too difficult. Just wash the absrober in the washing machine with liquid detergent and some ammonia. This will get the grease out of the pores. Please note that the absorber may be a little discolored where the grease spot was, but this will not affect its performance.

Why shouldn’t we use glass cleaner on our paint finish?
Glass cleaner is just that, a cleaning agent for glass. The chemical make-up is for removing things that stick to a hard glass surface, paint is not such a surface. Additionally being a cleaning agent, glass cleaners have the potential for removing wax.

How do I get rid of swirls?
Each time a paint finish is touched the risk of swirls increase. The best solution is providing a barrier of protection that creates a blanket between you and your paint finish. How can the glosser clean and wax at the same time?
The glosser is a patented triceraphilic microfiber, as the product is applied to the surface the microfiber collects dust and film while the liquid/wax left behind evaporates into a wax coat on the paint surface. Remember that most wax applied to a paint surface is filling the grooved surface of the paint and generates the smooth surface needed to repel water. By keeping the pours of the paint filled you increase the protection and the look of the paint finish.

How can the glosser offer wax protection?
The glosser’s primary function is to protect the wax coat on the car. Once the paint finish has a base coat of wax and the pours are filled, the glosser acts as a rejuvenator to refresh gloss and replace wax that has worn away through friction or repeated car washings.

Water spots are generally created by water remaining on the surface of the paint finish or by hard water. The first step would be to remove water anytime you see it sitting on the paint finish, The absorber or Drying glosser is a great tool for this.
